2018

In the marketing world, you talk so often about the future (ex: Q1 2019) you often forget what year it really is.

It is currently 23:43, January 1st.

Here's 2018 in review:
Resolutions
  1. A Kingdom mindset

Something Crazy
  • Our flag football team winning the championship even after losing 4 out of 5 games in the first round
  • Drove 20k+ miles in the last year
  • Flew 30k+ miles in the last year
  • Suspect, dare I say illicit firework activity in the church parking lot
Things I've learned
  • Growing up is hard to do.
  • Adulting can still be fun. (Look at all the new things I tried this year !!)
  • The sufficiency of Christ. Reminders are always needed.
  • Simplicity
Things I'm looking forward to
  • Investing in the youth
  • Side hustling. I would really like to invest in something I can call my side hustle - whether it's design related, or photography, or anything.
  • Painting? Playing Piano? Starting new hobbies?
  • Growing in our relationship
Thankful for a year of God's grace, of new experiences, of new friends, and of growing up. Here's to 2019.
