freshman day #18

I woke up early this morning for Prayer & Pancakes with the Navigators. We got rides from the upperclassmen to the leader's home outside of campus. WOW. The neighborhood was so gorgeous, they were like adorable houses situated basically in the forest, the hilly forest. I didn't get a picture of the homes, I was afraid they would think I was creepy. But wow, just wow God is so good. Pancakes were delicious, I had 3, topped with nutella and peanut butter and lite syrup with bacon strips and OJ on the side. YES. GOOD. 
And then we prayed. The group was especially large today, so we split into two large circles and basically prayed popcorn style. We prayed for roughly 30 minutes, stopping the middle briefly after finishing our 'Praise and Thanksgiving' part and moving to the 'Petitions and Requests'. But it was just so amazing, we were all just praising and giving thanks for how glorious and loving and good He is to us. It felt really comfortable, kinda like home. 
Haven't totally decided on fellowship yet, but I'm really leaning towards the navigators.

They had giant cupcakes at Kroger.

I also went to Kroger today, bought me some grapes and bananas and milk and bread. That filled up my backpack. It was very heavy. I will take a good picture of the hills here some day, you shall see my pain. My thighs are going to be so big when I get back from pedaling. 

So I got back and actually found out I made it through the first cut for the first round of interviews for Women in Business. It's a SUPER competitive club man like last year like 350 applied and there were only 30 spots. LIKE, I DIDN'T EVEN APPLY TO ANY COLLEGES THAT SELECTIVE. But anyways, really praise God for that. Don't know how well first round interviews will go or if I'll even make it to second round interviews, but He is good to me nevertheless and I have full trust in whatever plans He holds for me. It truly would be a blessing and (a miracle basically) if I'm in that club, but it's all in His will. I thank Him for even getting me through the first cut! O.O

ANDDD there was a football game again but I didn't go. I stayed in and FINALLY caught up on my shows. I was really bored and I was tired of doing homework. But here are pictures from during the LAST football game. Campus was super empty and quiet, it was really nice.
