junior day #114

I'm headed home!!

I will start off this post with thanksgiving.
Thanks to God for all the blessings He's given me this semester. I have been so #blessed.
  • Thankful to see EPIC grow. To see Epic double in size, with new freshmen and sophmores. To work with our awesome supervisor. To realize what a heart and urging God has placed in my heart for the Asian American community on campus.
  • Thankful to meet new friends and build my relationships with old friends in the Navigators. For silly and loving friends who are constantly encouraging me, making me smile, providing opportunities to destress, and helping pray for the Epic ministry.
  • Thankful to live in an apartment with friends. To be able to cook my meals. To have people to talk to and laugh with at the end of each day.
  • Thankful to work with an incredible and funny honors I-Core team. To have finished a great marketing and business report/presentation. To have new friends in the Kelley school.
  • And thankful to see God work. Oh how he's worked in my heart and in my life.
God has shown me how to trust Him. Building up EPIC has been incredibly exhausting and incredibly challenging, but I have been constantly supported with prayer and people and God Himself. And recruiting well, if you've read any of my other posts you know how challenging it's been for me to submit myself to God.

This semester has been so fast, and so crazy. It's overwhelming to think how much happened and how quickly. But after finishing up final presentations in Honors I-Core, moving everything into Liane's basement, having Navs & EPIC Christmas parties, and some final meals with friends, I am headed back to Texas. I won't be back in Bloomington, Indiana until August of 2016. (What?!) I'll be in Scotland next semester, [and somewhere hopefully in an internship next summer].

But that's all for now!
Good luck on finals my Hoosier friends, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to you all!! Have a most wonderful winter break.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

 THE END.
