Summer Adventures #8

shoutout out to my homie Kenneth.
It's nice to see some familiar faces in unfamiliar places

TODAY, M, my cousin, K, his mom, and I went around the Taipei area. My father refused to join us. First we ate and then we went to Taipei 101 (again) but it was cool to see the clouds surround the top of the tower following the severe storms this morning and then the drizzles that went on throughout the day.

Flip flops are not good on wet days. All the sidewalks are very slippery. Pity our shoes were soaked yesterday while in Danshui.
THEN we went to this place called 'Ice Monster' that was supposedly on CNN and all - so I guess that's one fancy place I've been to. My cousin told me that the price was expected for its location in Taipei so, it was really good! K's mom treated us to a bubble milk tea and two fresh mango shaved ices. (ices?) Yum yum yum.
