Apple Streudel Muffins

Baked these for the team this morning.
I like to bake scones, muffins, and cookies. They are all very easy and scones and muffins don't even require a blender!! :D

Still learning to play with my prime.

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
7 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup chopped apples
Streudel:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cold butter
20 min @ 380°F
