Notes from Day 1:
1. Non-stick spray the pan first.
2. Make sure you have enough lemons before you make lemon cake
3. Use the large mixer with the flat beater attachment, not the tiny electronic hand-mixer
4. Don't forget the eggs
5. Pre-heat the oven somewhere in the middle
6. Check on the cake while baking so it won't burn
7. Less butter
It wasn't a complete fail!
