ABP Spring Break day #1-2

They picked me up at about 4:40AM to leave for Atlanta, Georgia.
I didn't finish getting ready till about 3:40, and took a nap from 4 - 4:30.

I slept nearly the entire 8 hour drive down. Thank goodness for our drivers.
We visited the World of Coke museum and tried about 20+ different soft Coke product soft drinks from around the world and then ventured around downtown Atlanta and ate at a fantastic, small Cajun restaurant called 'The Food Shoppe'. Atlanta is a lovely city, very picturesque. Trolleys, cute hole in the wall restaurants, horse drawn carts and Ferris wheels. You know, just the usual right?

We left Atlanta about 5:50 the next morning to head to St. Petersburg. Our Alternative Break Program trip sheet says that we would be in Clearwater, but we're living, teaching, and training in St. Petersburg.
Slept about half the way there. But this was the sunrise:

It was astoundingly beautiful. I love light.
