2014

It's currently 11:00PM, December 31 in Taipei, Taiwan.

I would say 2014 was incredibly fast and yet the most 'changing' year ever. A lot happened: spiritually, academically, even physically...lol. It's ironic because 2013 was the year I decided on a college, moved states, and then started college. But this year I finally settled in. I can genuinely say I love IU, that I chose the right college, that I see how God created a place for me here.
And this year, I'm confident in my testimony. I've seen God speak through me to teach at DCCYC, at missions in Taiwan. God's been there through every joy and every agony, butI often forget how much He provides, how much I need Him, and how little I give Him the awesome praise and love He deserves.

4 years ago I did this thing called an 'End of the Year challenge.' It included a post each for:

Something absolutely crazy:
Beyond eating a whole lot of ice cream, I skipped my second college class ever. I also drank alcohol under parental supervision. #daringandimpulsive 

Something I've learned:

See: DCCYC lessons -- The worth given to us through Christ is better than ANYTHING else. We choose our idols because of what we think they provide us with: security, worth, comfort...instead o seeking those things from God.
See: ADVENT lessons -- God provides, He sustains, and He is powerful.
