Changing Majors.
So I guess a couple of updates, if you're still reading.
I think I'm going to switch majors to Business Economics (Economic Consulting) doubled with International Business.
WOAH. (Like wth is that right?)
I honestly thought, HONESTLY, thought I would stick with Supply Chain Management (how many times have you heard me say that) my entire college career. I was going to be a supply chain manager in a big company, work corporate, and earn like $110k a year.
But after a bunch of things - visiting the FedEx distribution center (OH I FORGOT TO TALK ABOUT THAT)
OK so from 9PM - 3AM we traveled to Indianapolis and toured the FedEx distribution center there. #rebel #myparentswouldnothaveapproved
But basically we viewed their processes of shipping goods, and generally how they pallet, sort, and put everything on a plane to be shipped out at the exact minute. It's more logistics than supply chain, but the theory is similar.
SO after visiting the distribution center, and remembering what we talked about with those enVista supply chain company people, and putting it all together and realizing exactly what supply chain was, I decided, I don't think I want to do that..... And I decided I think I want to do consulting. Random right? And yep yep, of course I could blab more about it, but you can hear about it when I get back ;)
THE END.
