It's been quite gloomy the past few days. Rain is okay, but when it comes in awkward drizzles and everything is wet but it's not actually raining the whole time, it's just a bit annoying.
I don't have rain boots yet either because I can't find a pair online that are <$20. Why.
The past week was less hectic than last week, yet I still managed to sleep at 5 on Thursday night/Friday morning because stupid project took too long. I have an exam for Computers in Business over excel functions tomorrow afternoon (Sunday...ikr?!) and I need to practice more.
I went to bed at 12:30AM last night, the earliest for at least the past couple weeks.
I started the morning with jazz class, then I biked down to Kirkwood to get my gears fixed for $30. Then I ate lunch and went to classes from 1-3:30. Then I went to a review session for my exam that wasn't very helpful. And then we went to the mall!
It was quite fun, I love hanging out with L and S. I promise you my friends are real, idk if I'm supposed to post their pictures here, haha. But yeah! Boots are expensive and not very good quality. Old Navy didn't have any special deals either. And Target fruit is insanely expensive. So I didn't bring anything home really, just some SNACKS.
And that was yesterday.
Today I missed Pancakes & Prayer in the morning. I was so exhausted last night, and though the thought of warm pumpkin pancakes with syrup and bacon on the side was oh so tempting, I really needed quiet time with God alone. So I woke up this morning about 10 and for an hour and a half I just prayed, caught up on Psalms and continued in Colossians, and wrote in my prayer journal. (y)
I feel like there should be more to tell you about my week. Just school as usual you know? I feel like I've really gotten into the swing of things now, praise God. I have like a schedule and then I can move little things around and meet up with people and do hw. I got a nice hourly planner. It was $12 but definitely worth my money!! That's all for now I guess.
